I deliver more than a keynote, I equip audiences for adventure and guide them on a journey to WILD GROWTH ... no person left behind! From unpacking the mindset and adventure tools (literally), to a blueprint for building teams like you build a fire, and landing with the secret to building momentum growth. I've spent half my life leading teams and organisations in fast growth technology businesses. I've led business transformation for start-ups through to Fortune 500s, unlocking team potential to multiply 8-figure revenue growth.

And I've spent the other half of my life chasing and experiencing adventures in wild places across the globe. From scaling mountains and running ultra-trails to sailing in remote locations and free diving with sharks, plus plenty more.
